- Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of purchase (1 year for the Ceiling Light remote controls)
- What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Electrical components (including drivers and LED modules).Structural integrity of the fixture under normal use.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Wear and tear from normal usage, including scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Lamps or bulbs not originally supplied with the product.
- Power surges or electrical faults caused by external sources.
- Ceiling light remote controls: No on-site warranty is provided; customers must return the product for evaluation.
