How do I place an order on Pantrade?

Simply browse our website, add your desired items to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be amended or cancelled before they are processed. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible. Contact us immediately after placing your order for assistance.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
  • PayNow / PayLah (Singapore)
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) - Coming Soon

Is it safe to make payments on your website?

Yes. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed through trusted payment gateways. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Do you offer instalment or BNPL options?

Not at the moment.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across Singapore. For international shipping, please contact us for availability.

  • Flat rate for smaller orders

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What if I miss my delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7–14 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Packaging and accessories are intact

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following are non-returnable:

  • Opened electronics (unless defective)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Crypto hardware wallets once opened (for security reasons)

How do I request a return or exchange?

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (if defective)

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection and approval. Timing depends on your payment provider.

Product Authenticity & Warranty

Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products sold on Pantrade are 100% authentic and sourced official partners.

Do your products come with warranty?

Yes. Warranty coverage depends on the product. Details are listed on each product page.

What should I do if my product is defective?

Contact us immediately with proof (photos/videos). We will assist with replacement or warranty claims.

Digital Security Products (Important)

Can I return a crypto hardware wallet?

For security reasons, hardware wallets cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective.

How do I know my device is safe to use?

All devices are shipped sealed and should be initialized by you. Never use a device that comes pre-set up.

Does Pantrade have access to my crypto assets?

No. We do not have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, or funds. You have full control.

Stock & Availability

Are all items in stock?

We strive to keep inventory updated, but in rare cases, items may go out of stock after purchase. If this happens, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, depending on supplier availability. You can contact us or sign up email list for restock notifications.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

Possible reasons:

  • Minimum spend not met

What happens if there is a pricing error?

In the event of a pricing mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
